  Nálam így nézett ki:

  Dear Paypal,I've bought this phone from the Gearbest more than a month ago. I've bought it from EU warehouse, which means it should be here in 5-10 day in worst case. The item still didn't arrive.I've contacted the DPD shipping company and they said they can't find my parcel, it's lost. I've tried to discuss this with the Gearbest, I opened a lot of ticket in their site but they said they can pay back only the half price. I don't think it's fair.After that I tried to open the dispute here, but they sent me the same answer here.This is why I ask You to solve my case.

  You can clearly see it's stopped in Best (NL). The shipping adress is correct, because I ordered two phones in one time from them and one of them arrived after ~10 days.This is the story in short version.
