    Mellesleg ezt írta vissza a support nekem, megvárom az október 2 -t aztán meglássuk mi lesz. :D

If you still haven't received your package but please kindly understand that as the service is provided by the Post office delays to holidays weather and lack of efficiency in the transportation company hubs. This is why we give a delivery timeframe to consider the package lost.

    Since now we can not confirm that your parcel is lost so please kindly wait until October 2, 2017 and then we will give you the solution if you haven't received your package.
