    Egy kis segítséget kérhetnék azoktól akik harcoltak már a gearbest-tel?

    Röviden: Vettem telefont eu express-szel, 2 hónapja utazik a csoamgom, 1 hónapja nem mozdult a dpd holland raktárából, a gearbest nagylelkűen(mivel én egy ,, valuable customer,, vagyok, hajlandó a felét visszafizetni a telefon árának.
    Én ezzel nyilván nem vagyok megelégedve...

    Ez volt az utolsó üzenetük:

    Ha én erre ilyen módon reagálnék az mennyire lenne hatásos velük szemben?

    As i see all of the options are against me, since i lose a lot of money, which is not good. There is only 3 options that i could/would do:

    1. I wait another week and let you try to get some informations about my package, and when will it arrive for me.

    2.Get to PayPal Customer Service and let them try to get my money back from you.

    3.You send back all my money, because as you mentioned you see me as a valuable customer.

    A kérdés, hogy paypalon keresztül vissza tudom-e szerezni a pénzem?
