  Visszaírt a Gearbest. Tudtam, hogy az lesz ebből, hogy engem próbálnak hülyének nézni.
  Szóval leírtam nekik 1. üzenetben teljesen normálisan, világosan, trackinget, térképet, rendelés adatait csatolva, hogy mi a helyzet. Hogy a csomagomat egy durván 40-50 km-el odébb kézbesítették...Hogy minden adatom helyet, hogy már felvettem a DPD-vel a kapcsolatot, ők azt mondták, hogy aszerint jártak el, ahogy a feladó elrendelte. Oda vitték a csomagot, ahova kellett...

  In order to resolve it, please kindly confirm the following points:

  1)Please reconfirm your delivery address in your account“ My Orders”:

  customers: Itt a nevem, címem, telefonszámom szerepel..helyesen...

  2)Please contact your local DPD in charge of your area ,stating your name and address.

  In some cases, post office may require customers to collect parcels over there.

  3)Please check with your neighbors and family if they have collected the item for you

  Once you have checked with the post office, and all the details above kindly let us know the results
