  (a) Confirm that the user's local cable network signal quality is good;
  (b) Confirm the front-end network parameters of the digital TV is adjusted or not;
  (c) Confirm the current broadcast channel is encoded channel or not, and whether the user license has expired.

  Csináltam egy videót,de 54 MB lett. Meg kéne írni nekik, hogy nem a kábelekkel, meg a tv szolgáltatóval van a baj, hanem nem kapcsol be. Csak pirosan világít a led.
  Ha e-mail be küldöm a videót gondolom hivatkozni kell a ticket számára ?
  Ha feltöltöm valahova és csak a linket küldöm ???
