    Bought a smart phone in Feb. 2015, 5 months later the screen stopped responding. Opened a claim with a ticket # early August 2015, I was promised to get it repaired or a refund if I send them back the phone. Phone was sent right away and three weeks later and after several emails trying to get an update, they confirmed they received my phone and that they will repair it in a few days and send it back to me with expedited shipping. Now it is the 2nd. of November, 2015 and three months since the start of this issue I cannot get them to respond to my emails, I did not get back my phone nor a refund as they originally promised. End result: LOST MY MONEY AND MY PHONE."
