  Ha valaki még ilyen ügyben szenvedne idemásolom alapnak az üzenetem :
  Shipping method was provided by Gearbest. There were 2-3 shipping options, and that one had fair price, fast delivery was not needed at the time, because i knew that it would be delivered in December or later. In that month estimated shipping time does not matter and I am not alone with this opinion. Shipping companies are flooded that time. Therefore many of us have ordered smartphones, tablets and smartgadgets with choosing this exact shipping method, and we still have not received those packages. Now on our Hungarian forum there are atleast 20 of us with the same problem and you have already made contact with a few of them. I have not seen any formal/official document, neither about shipment and payment(latest is only by Paypal). Could you please send me some document which proves that you've made contact with the shipping provider? Your part in this business is questionable for me yet.I saw only a Trackingnumber nothing else about my package. After all from the options i have,mostly would like to take option 3) but yet I am not willing to pay 65USD at blind.

  Please note as you didn't pay for the insurance, we cannot get compensation from the shipping company even though your package is lost, stolen or delayed on the way.
  Our logistics department has asked the transportation company to investigate this case.
